Mindfulness Workshops

Life isn’t all sunshine and rainbows and sometimes all you need is a reminder to breathe and get still. Need help remembering? I’ve got you! Individual and group sessions that incorporate breathing and meditation for relaxation and better stress management.

In Person Classes

Come practice with me! Stretch your body, build strength, and walk away feeling more centered and grounded.

I offer weekly in person yoga classes on Fridays, 9-10 a.m. I am in my 9th year teaching this all levels class that fuses slow, mindful movement with intentional breath and meditation.

These classes are held at Temple Beth Shalom in Needham. In the spirit of community, you may drop in when convenient, and classes are open to members and non-members, Jewish or not.

You can also join online here: t-b-s.me/preshabbatyoga.

One on One

Meeting people where they are and introducing the basics of yoga and/or meditation are my jam. I love to empower and help others feel their best from the inside out. Private sessions are an invaluable way to refine your personal practice. Whether you are new to yoga and/or meditation or just looking for some refinements, working one on one will help you evolve your practice and land more confidently. How alive are you willing to be right now?
