Special Events + Classes

My special events and classes are designed to bring people together in meaningful, embodied ways. From seasonal gatherings, like “Live Music & Yoga with Girish”, or special “Day Retreats”, to themed practices and community workshops like the “Men’s Movement / Stretch Series”, each experience offers space to reconnect with yourself, deepen your practice, and share energy with others.

These sessions are a chance to step out of routine and into something a little more intentional.
